Emergency calls are defined as calls with a response time of less than one hour

1.5x hourly rate as per the price list AS Semetron reserves the right to make changes to the price list without prior notice. Please confirm the applicable prices when ordering the service.
We also perform electrical safety and functional testing of medical equipment.
*The minimum fee is the cost of one hour’s work.
VAT will be added to the prices.
Transport is free of charge within Estonia for orders €100 or over. A transport fee of €6.10 will be added to orders with a total value of less than €100.
The following rules apply when returning goods by courier:
- The goods must be undamaged and in their original packaging.
- The original packaging of the goods must be enclosed in transport packaging (either place the original packaging into a larger box or into a padded envelope).
- Fill the empty space between the original packaging and the transport packaging (e.g. with newspapers) to keep the original packaging from shifting.
- For fragile goods, mark in large letters on the transport packaging in a visible place: “ATTENTION! FRAGILE!”
- When returning goods for reasons attributable to the customer by transport ordered by Semetron, the customer shall pay a transport fee:
- (a) a double transport fee when returning all the goods;
- (b) a single transport fee when returning the goods in part.
- Record and annex to the record for the return of medicinal products.
All claims must be submitted within 30 (thirty) calendar days of receiving the delivery. If the terms of the contract state a longer period for submitting claims, then we will follow the terms of the contract. Please notify us immediately of any inaccuracies at pretensioonid@semetron.ee. Claims submitted after this will not be considered.
